Our community has spoken! We asked you to vote on a topic to explore within the theme of Changing World: Hope Ahead for the 2025-26 Fitchburg Community Read. And the winning topic is…… THE FUTURE OF FOOD!
We will take a deep-dive into what a sustainable, resilient and healthy food system might look like. We also hope to gather, figuratively and literally, around the table to identify problems and work on community based solutions. This community approach will lead us in exciting directions! Please join us!
Our focus will be Food, Inc. 2: Inside the Quest for a Better Future for Food, edited by Karl Weber. We will use other books, articles, podcasts, films and more to explore around the theme of the Future of Food.
